While some believe that a master is not necessarily a better teacher to believe that education should be a master level profession.
Proponents of having a master’s program will add to argue that teachers’ mastery of their discipline and add to their teaching skills. More and more school districts and private institutions are preferentially hire teachers with advanced teaching qualifications. It is clear that things are that the trend is for teachers to acquire education degrees masters. The argument here is whether there is need for more teachers with practical skills and academic qualifications.
