It should reflect the individual ideologies and philosophies of education and integral development of children. It is a crucial element in guiding children to successful lives. Albert Einstein, Paul Freire and Rudolf Steiner were some people who wrote and followed powerful educational philosophies in their careers.
John Dewey, one of the philosophers of education more important, “Democracy and Education”, his book, even devoted a whole chapter on the philosophy professor and discuss the different aspects that play a formative role in the education of children . Philosophies of teacher education can be classified as liberal, behaviorist, humanist, progressive and radical. The liberal philosophy focuses on the development of intellectual capacity, while the behavioral ideologies focus on survival skills of a man and the role of education in teaching them. Progressive philosophy motivates cultural development of an individual to create change, while humanistic look at the development trends of the personality and characteristics of an individual. And the radical philosophers interested in the positive changes occurring in society from time to time, and the role of education to achieve political, social and economic.
Professor of philosophy is being used by teachers as an important marketing strategy has become an essential part of the resume of a teacher.
